Is this happening on all contents or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel? Are you getting any error messages or error codes while playing content? Can you please check the volume level and mute settings on your TV using your remote? With more details, we will be able to assist you further. Meanwhile, you can try to restart your system by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) and see if it works.
