TCL Roku antenna TV signal drops and annoying banner

Since I bought this TV, I have had problems with antenna TV.   I constantly get a banner on the bottom of the screen that takes up the half the screen   It appears when the signal drops, which is constantly.   I have never had this problem watching TV antenna with other TV's.   I have moved the antenna and rescanned several times.  How do I watch antenna TV and how do I get rid of this banner  ?   Thanks

I have the same problem. No fix, just buy another TV. TCL engineers did not test TV for those living in "fringe" areas from towers or in areas with high interference to HD antenna signals to find that banner is unacceptable. But that is how technicians complete testing now days.
