TCL Roku TV stuck on purple screen "Flashing the update - do not power off or reset the device" It's been 4 hours. What is going on? Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you please provide us with more information regarding what you are experiencing? When did this issue occur? What were you doing when this happened? Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
