TCL Roku TV remote not going over to right

Roku remote will not move right but moves up when selected.  I have taken the batteries out, turned off the TV.  The remote will still not work properly.  Any suggestions?

Roku doesn’t make TVs. TCL made your TV. If your having issues with your remote you can ask them. But you can also use the Roku Remote Control app for iOS and Android. You can also purchase an aftermarket remote.
