Connected 4TB external portable HDD with video to USB port: works great. Even if I don't access the USB port when TV turns on; still the HDD spins up. Can't find a way to avoid this. Checked all menus in the TV and in the ROKU Media App. Maybe I've missed something but the way it looks now; if the TCL TV is on the HDD connected to the USB port spins up as long as the TV is on.
