The remote keys have changed operation.  The 'ok' key operates the mute/unmute.  Volume up key takes you to Hulu.  Sometimes a key takes us to the some app that is no longer available. Any suggestions??

Yes it’s it’s called buy a new remote. In the meantime you can download the Roku remote control app for your smart phone.

Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
