TV - TCL Roku Series 8 65Q825, CABLE BOX - Verizon Fios One, Sound bar - Sonos Arc
Connection - Sonos Arc connected to HDMI 4 (arc), Verizon Fios One connected to HDMI 2.
Issue - On the home page when I highlight the Sonos Arc input icon the TV displays "no signal detected".
TV display indicates CEC devices found HDMI 2 - Fios One, HDMI 4 - Sonos
Arc, eARC - active, System Audio Control - active. The Sonos Arc is working properly and receives Dolby
Atmos from known Dolby Atmos sources.
Curious as to why this is occurring.
