Nothing but problems with this TV. Now out of the blue I open up Netflix and none of the shows that are supposed to be in Dolby Vision show up that way. They just say Ultra HD 4K. When I open up my separate Roku stick, my Firestick, and my Sony TVs, all the shows that are supposed to be in DV show up that way.
But not on the TCL 55S535's internal apps.
I tried the trick of unplugging the TV for 10 minutes. I actually left it unplugged overnight. I also made sure the latest firmware/software and Netflix app are installed.
Still nothing. Did my TV simply die and lose the ability to recognize a Dolby Vision source from its internal apps?
