Roku pretty much ignores support tickets. I have one that's been dead since December, even with one reminder from me.
I worked around the fact that "recent channels" had stopped working by manually setting each time I turned the TV on (a real pain, that). NOW the recent channels display the number for the standard broadcast channel (say CBS 2.1) but show an alternate related channel (say 2.2) - so I keep landing on "Touched By an Angel".
So now even manually setting "Recent Channels" doesn't work.
And yes I did a full factory reset (also a nuisance).
I might yet contact Support, but given that they've never gotten back to me about the original problem seems pretty pointless.
