Subwoofer

I do NOT have a Roku TV, just purchased the ONN Roku soundbar and subwoofer. Sound bar is up and running and everything is working as it should, BUT the sub will NOT pair. I have gone thru setup multiple times, all the troubleshooting and procedural steps numerous times and still says unable to pair, any ideas? Getting really frustrated with this $300 paperweight setup already

Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
