The soundbar is connected to a non-Roku TV. The subwoofer, Model 9201X has a Serial Number on the back of R539CV177740 and a FCC ID: TC2-R1033. I cannot get a "Device ID" unless the subwoofer is synced to the soundbar.

I am still waiting for any solution to this problem. The subwoofer pairing still hangs on "Updating Subwoofer" and never starts a percentage progress. The soundbar software has not updated since Oct 11 which is what caused the issue.
