Subwoofer has no power, no lights on

My Roku subwoofer apparently has died. It's not even a year old (Model 100002420). It will not power on at all. I have tried different cords from my other Roku wireless speakers, different plugs and even holding the reset button when I plug in the power. Anyone else had this problem?

Hello hope I am in the right place. My subwoofer has stopped working. The light will not come on in the back. I have tried different outlets but nothing will work. I would appreciate an help please and thank you.

I am having the same issue. My Subwoofer has died it seems. Can someone please help so this can be replaced ASAP!
