Subscription cancelling and reorder

My wife and I are separated. She lives in Maine. Me in Florida. Maine account is my name and when I arrived in Florida signed on and received signal, in some cases from Maine. Now I am getting message that service is viewed in 2 locations and if continued one will lose reception. Question: If I cancel from Florida will we both lose subscription and have to begin new subscriptions respectively? Thanks

Re: Subscription cancelling and reorder

Hey @jgogan, canceling your Roku account will close your account and end any subscriptions for all linked devices. We recommend logging on to your account and unlinking any unwanted devices, such as the one in Florida. You can do so by following these steps :

1. Visit my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone

2. Sign in if prompted

3. Scroll down and locate the device under My linked devices

4. Select Unlink and confirm

We have also included a helpful article from our support site that provides a little more information on this process: https://support.roku.com/article/208755958
