We get a roku box 2 years ago and when we was setting up the TV it asked for a code and a phone number to call and set the roku, we ended paid $70 for 2 year because we have another Roku book. Today we received a call from roku that the would disconnect our service because we had no paying, it looks suspicious and we told the person in the phone we would stay in touch. Now our TV has been blocked and it is on guest mode, something that we never enabled. What's wrong? Do we need to pay for roku (we don't have any premium channels
