After update this morning, Roku TV stuck on " select language page" for cable box

My insignia roku tv is also stuck on the language screen. I unplugged it, pushed the reset button for 20 seconds, etc. my remote can turn on and off the tv but it cannot move from this screen. The screen shot says

This seems to be an issue with the remote. Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
