Streaming section on my TCL ROKU stopped working

I was watching a movie in Paramount+ when a green line appeared across the screen and the picture slowly disappeared.  I tried going to the app guide but they had also disappeared and would not come in.  This morning I turned on the tv and the apps index appeared but the app icons didn’t appear. The listing slowly disappeared as I sat there.  I turned it off and tried again later.  Same thing.  The list appeared then slowly disappeared but this time it had sound.  The sound was from the Bones series but I don’t know where it was coming from but know that I have watched it on ROKU.  This tv is TCL 55” Class S4 (555451} 4k UND HDR Smart TV with ROKU TV bought July 20, 2023.  I have not had very good luck with these TV’s.  I have bought a combination of them during the last 5 years and haven’t had any last 2 years.
