The tv suddenly went black and said no signal.

The system still makes that odd sound when I use the remote, and there are lights on - it gets power.

1) I checked the connections.   2.  I unplugged it.  3) I reset it.  4) I changed the cable.  5) I switched it out with another one, using that working system's power & cable.  no signal there, suddenly.   6) I hooked up the other one to my tv - there is a signal.

So there is something wrong, suddenly, with the streambar's being able to send a signal. 

How do I get this fixed?   I bought it from Roku, but more than 6 months ago, so I cannot look it up.

Thanks for the post.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Streambar that you are seeing issues with to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
