Streambar resets, like a factory reset, after a about an hour or so

Torall factory reset after about an hour of use, box seems hot too, but I do not get a overheated message. All network setting, everything, just like I just took it out of the box. Ive done this 4 times in 24hrs, seems like the box is defective?
