Streambar no longer works after factor my reset - Roku told me to
Just spent 1 hour with help desk. My Roku streambar was no longer getting a signal through the hdmi. After a long set of solutions. I did the factory reset (held button for ten seconds ) and now the led light is blinking. Nothing is working. Roku said it’s time to get a new one. Now what? Any other solutions ?
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you able to see anything on screen? Have you already tried connecting the Roku Streambar to another HDMI port on your TV, as well as switching out the HDMI cable?
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried using another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
