Streambar issues

Until I purchased the Streambar I have been happy with their products. Have had nothing but trouble with it, home screen doubles and turns a shade of yellow. Roku has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.............no I take that back.....................they have no customer service

Fortunately, for me my streambar that I bought over the holidays has worked perfectly for my setup.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried using another HDMI cable to connect your Streambar as well as trying to use another HDMI input?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue you are seeing, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

This is it. I've even reached out through private engineering connections to find oldsters at roku inquisitive about issues and the solution is the same: submit approximately it righthere and proper luck.
