Streambar Pro Kicked out of App or Channels

I just purchased a new Streambar Pro and upon loading my profile and trying to stream in Netflix, Youtube, and Disney+ as examples, I only get about 30 seconds to a minute before getting kicked back to the home screen.  I've reset, disconnected the remote, and changed HDMI ports.  Does anyone know why this would be happening?  Software is 10.0 so it's up to date as well.  My Roku 3 isn't having any issues whatsoever so why an updated piece of hardware is frankly is beyond me.

1. Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device?
2. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
3. Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
4. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
5. What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?
