Every time I turn on the TV a small menu appears in the bottom left. 
MV, ID, P, MID, Time  

I then have to go into factory menu and switch to off

I have tried every type of reset/factory reset but it’s persisted throughout. 

really grateful for any advice!

Could you reply here with a photo of the issue occurring? Please also provide us with the model number of your Roku device. It can be found by navigating to Settings > System > About. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
