I have tried settings, system,*, and no way to set sleep timer. It only says "show store marketing messages" in store settings; I even tried factory resetting audio/picture....nada.
Has this really been a problem for all of these years that Roku hasn't bothered to fix?
Sounds like it's been on MULTIPLE brands of tvs..I have TCL and have sworn by roku, but doesn't make sense that some of my roku tl's have a sleep timer but some don't. PLEASE ASSIST PROPERLY, OR ROKU WILL NEVER BE BOUGHT OR RECCOMENDED AGAIN AS THIS IS ABSURD!
"Store settings"? Is your TV set up in store/demo mode?
No. I checked store setting as mentioned too and only saw one option
You may have to factory reset your TV. It seems like it could be in store/demo mode. Some TVs have a setting to turn it off and on and others you have to factory reset to get out of that mode.
