Steeambar audio sounds like static

I feel like since the update to os11 my sound is not correct on my streambar. It sounds like it has a lot of static in the audio.  I’ve checked every setting possible nothing changes it. I reset the unit, I’ve connected a new hdmi code to it. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the fact I have an old Emerson tv.  Any ideas?

Is it happening on all channels? All HDMI ports? Have you tried another TV? Factory reset?

It does it on most channels.  I did a factory reset yesterday, I put a new HDMI cable on it.  I’m wondering if it’s actually my tv.  I have an older Emerson and I’m sure it need an update it I can’t figure out how to do it.  Somehow I have to have the update on a flash drive insert that to the jack and do the update
