Speakers pair just fine but sub won’t the light just stays on doesn’t blink

Fresh outta the box...
Paired, got tone, started playing the demo channel, no sub.
Have line of site from the Roku bar (wall) to sub to corner.
I was expecting a "plug & play experience", I don't have time to f'k with this!
About ready to return in favor of Samsung, (like my other 2 TV's)
