Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Roku Soundbar.
When you are done streaming, are you making sure to return to the Home screen before turning off your TV? Please be aware that that turning off your TV display does not turn off the streaming on your Roku device.
