Sound problems

We have a fairly new Roku TV. When we watch a recorded show on Comcast DVR, the sound either stops or is in Spanish. The sound is fine when flipping around to other channels. And why commentating on sporting events is in Spanish and commercials English? We have never had an issue like this with DVR on other TV's. The little box from Comcast is new- same as the TV. Is this TV defective?

I narrowed it down to the cable box and not the TV. Just had Comcast here and they swapped the box. All good. Thank you.

Are you experiencing this specific issue when watching other non-DVR content? For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your DVR to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
