[Kaizen]

I have a Roku Soundbar and Subwoofer. For some reason the sound has started to drop while watching shows. Everything is connected and there has been no changes since I install all components. When the sound is operating it works fine, but more often, it keeps going in and out. I've tried resetting router, roku box, with no success

Have to tried making sure the connections to your devices are secure?

Hi.  I'm having the same problem.  I tried "resetting" the streambar -- that didn't work.  I checked all the connections, and everything seems to be securely connected.  The sound is fantastic; but, the intermittent dropping (sometimes every few seconds, sometimes every few minutes) is annoying.
