Sound bar connected to TV but cant connect sub or speakers

500.00 worth of sound equipment and not working!!! Can someone guide me to some support.  Should be easier than a forum online...

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Do you have a Roku TV? Are the subwoofer and speakers from Roku? How did you pair each of the devices?

I have the Onn Roku Smart Soundbar and the Onn Roku subwoofer but it won’t pair.  I also had the Onn Roku speakers but returned them.

I had already done this.  I tried all the things suggested to fix.  Just tried it all again

image.jpgdid everything suggested by the support center... this is like the fourth time I did all the steps... I think it is a faulty product or something...

Thanks for the follow up.

For clarification, are you pairing everything to your TV or your soundbar? All of your audio devices will need to be paired to the same source whether it be your Roku TV or your Roku Smart Soundbar.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
