Sound Issue - Needing frequent reboot

Hello!

At least once a week I need to do a reboot of my TCL/Roku TV in order to restore the audio to normal functioning levels. I’d say the TV is typically 15 volume settings off from where it needs to be. For example, if I normally listen at a 10, I’ll need to up it to 25. 
The reboot fixes the problem but something I feel I should rarely have to do.

Any ideas/suggestions?? Thanks!

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried unplugging your Roku TV for 10-15 minutes, then plugging it back in to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?

Thanks for the suggestion. This seemed ok for a week or so now but when I turned the tv on today the opposite was now happening. At a "5" the volume sounded like it was in the 20s. I had to reboot again...
