I just bought a TCL 55S435 tv and when I set it up the box I get this issue in the picture. Happens on all native apps and Home Screen.

However when I use the firetv connected to the hdmi port the screen is perfect without any of these dots at all.

can anyone tell me why this is and if it can be fixed?

These annoying tiny dots? Why? Can I fix?

Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
