Around December 1st, the side menu disappeared from The Roku Channel on my Streambar.  I have other devices that use a different Roku account and the menu is still there.

For the Streambar I did the following:

• Updated OS
• Updated TRC
• Uninstalled TRC - Re-installed
• Unplugged Streambar from power for ~5min
• Entered Guest Mode

Nothing is bringing the side menu back on my Streambar.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue so we can better understand your issue?

Up until last week I had the side menu in TRC like the top photo, now it does not have the side menu like the bottom photo.

Could you also provide the channel version of The Roku Channel on your other devices where it still shows the side menu?

To get the channel version, highlight the roku ch on the home screen, press the option * key, its listed right under channel name. Version and build.

I have one device where the menu is there and all others do not:

All the following Roku's have the menu:

tcl 7116 43" roku tv verion 6.0 build 15

9101 Roku Smart Soundbar version 6.0 build 15

9102 Roku Streambar version 6.0 build 15

3812 Roku Streaming Stick 4k+ version 6.0 build 15

3941 Roku Express 4k+ version 6.0 build 15

Not one of mine is missing Roku Ch menu. I have multiples of each.

As I mentioned in the original post, I tried everything that I could think of on the devices that don't have the menu but nothing seems to work.
