Sharp roku tv wifi issue

I am having the exact same issue with my 32" Sharp Roku tv. It sees the Network says I have excellent signal quality but it won't connect to the network. I even tried using my phone as a hotspot and ...

Thanks for the post.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information we will be able to investigate the issue further.

Still waiting for a response on this issue. It has been two weeks

 

I am contemplating going with a different tv with Android on it vs Roku unless this issue can be fixed ASAP
