I am having the exact same issue with my 32" Sharp Roku tv. It sees the Network says I have excellent signal quality but it won't connect to the network. I even tried using my phone as a hotspot and tried connecting the tv that way and it does the same thing. I thought it might have been my Wireless mesh extender but every other device in the house connects to the same network with absolutely no issue. Tried resetting network connections and a hard reset numerous times with no change. Now when it fails to connect to the network the red led starts flashing

I'm having the same problem. Sharp tv model LC4340000U. This problem is brand new. Will not stay connected to wifi. I have done all resets and unplugged it. No luck. Tv only issue, all other devices are fine. This must be a software update issue. Roku we need a solution.
