Sharp Roku TV updated, now nothing works, I've got a paperweight.

Whatever you updated, please fix it. I turned my Sharp 4k Roku TV on 2 nights ago, none of my over the air channels have signal (the day before ther were 30+), there is hundreds of streaming channels on my antenna input, that's ok, but now everything streaming only has sound. Sling, Amazon Prime, Netflix, everything, has audio but the video is just vertical green lines. And how did you kill my antenna channels? If my smart TV can't stream anything, what's the point? Fix it now, jerks.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

With more information we will be able to assist you further.
