So for a week now I have been sending in information on my Sharp Roku TV that prime video will not load. It goes to the screen where it says prime video and than kicks back to Roku screen. Last I saw people had this issue in October. One I am wondering why we get no info when we let you all know or submit the info on tv that it is not working. And two is there a fix? I am an avid prime video watcher and it getting a bit upset it is still not working. Please advise.
Prime is working on my Sharp Roku TV. Exactly who/where are you sending the information? While Roku has an email address for support, it's deeply hidden within their self-support pages. I simply want to make sure you're sending it to a valid address. If you did a web search for a Roku support address, I can almost guarantee the address you're using is not accurate.
The first step in troubleshooting a channel issue is to remove the channel, reboot the Roku device, then reinstall the channel. To reboot a TV, just powering it off and on doesn't do it. Use the system menu to restart the Roku, or just pull the power plug for 30 seconds. Let us know if that clears the problem.
