Roku can you please advise? It seems to be a widespread issue on many sets

My TCL Roku tv doesn't stay connected after turning off

My TCL Roku tv will lose connection to the Wi-Fi whenever I turn it off. When I turn it back on and try to reconnect the password is auto filled but it will no longer connect unless I do a factory reset, this happens every time it turns off

Can you please provide us with the following information so we can look further into the issue:

-Roku TV model
-serial number
-device ID
-OS version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Tracker ID (after this issue occurs, press the Home button 5x, followed by the Back button 5x)
-when did this issue start to occur?

For me this issue started about two weeks ago. 

Tv model is 50S423

Serial number is X00000HKUA8A

Device id is S036D04KUA8A

OS version is 9.3.0

Onn TV disconnecting from wifi

I have 55in Roku onn tv .. I will not connect to wifi wireless or wire unless I do a factory reset .. so everyday I have factory reset to get Wi-Fi on my tv internet on all other TVs work and they are all Roku TVs .. anybody else have this issue ??
