Setting a reminder for upcoming shows

Hi all, have set up my Roku TV and want to set reminders on the smart guide for shows in the next 7 days. Cannot figure out a way to do it, is there one? Don't have the stick for using pause etc just want to have a reminder when a show is starting. Thanks

Did you ever find out how to mark reminders for upcoming shows?  I can't figure it out either.  If you learned how could you please describe the process?
