Screen is Non-Responsive and Black!

Hi! SO my screen is completely black when it's turned on with a sliiiight hink of dark blue (that's why/how I know it's on). It just stopped working all of a sudden when I was watching a YouTube video. I could hear the audio but there was no video. I tried to do a reboot (watched a video about it on YouTube on my phone) buuut that didn't work. Thoughts? Tips? Much appreciated. Halp!

It seems like your TV has a hardware issue. Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
