Screen goes blank when changing volume

We bought 2 Roku Streambars during the Black Friday promotion at Thanksgiving from Best Buy. We hooked them up. One of them has some playback issues. Both Roku Streambars are connected to Toshiba TVs with Fire TV built in. The Roku having issues is connected to the 43" TV. When we change the volume , occasionally the screen will go completely black with no picture. It's not specific to any particular app. We have to power down both the TV and Roku and power them back on. Any ideas?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Are you trying to change the volume of the Streambar or with the TV? Have you tried using another HDMI cable to see if that helps?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting this specific Streambar to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issues?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
