I have a Samsung Soundbar model HW-HM45c 

Am I able to pair it to a Roku Stick + to just use the roku remote to turn on the TV as well as the Sound bar like I have on my Sonos  on a different TV.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Roku device remotes can only be paired to TVs to control TV and volume with an enhanced "point-anywhere" remote.
