The remote I use for my Roku TV stopped working right the other day after being fine for years.  I thought I needed a new remote, so I got a GE universal and it still has some glitches.  Everything seems to work fine except the arrow keys.  When I press the down or up keys it moves sideways which makes it very hard to navigate.  I've tried unplugging power, and I have a brand new remote and batteries, I've tried everything I could see on Google but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas?

Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to their support team to report the issue and get help.
