I'm trying to use my smart view on my phone and connect it to my TV. Every time I'm prompted to connect a box comes up and says the RokuCast channel needs to update but then goes nowhere. What's going on!!?

Can you please more information about the issue you are experiencing? What are you trying to do? Are you trying to screen mirror/cast to your TV? What kind of device are you using? Can you please provide a screenshot of the message you are receiving?
