Roku tv stuck on set up screen and remote won’t work

Jump to solution

My son was watching YouTube on our roku tv when all of a sudden it went to the home screen, it started making noises like buttons on the remote were being pushed and the remote won’t work at all. So I googled and it said to reset it and that should make the remote work again. Well it didn’t. Now I have a tv stuck on the set up screen and a remote that won’t work. I’m so frustrated please help!
