Roku tv has audio but no video

Direct wired to router with Direct Stream service. Other Roku tvs in the house are working fine. Is there a fix?

We recommend reaching out to TV manufacturer support directly and inquiring further about support. TV manufactures Roku TVs, which provide direct support with their TV models since they only use Roku as their operating system.

If you have a SelectPlus, or Pro Series Roku TV made by Roku, you can contact Roku support directly, or find product-specific information online.
