Yes, have the Soundbar connected to hdmi-arc, arc allows audio to go the other way at the same time its sending video & audio opposite way. The Firestick has no need for audio to go from the tv to it. Once you switch inputs, refresh the cec devices in your Roku tv:
settings> system> control other devices (CEC)> search for CEC devices>
