@Faeraji, does your TV show "Wi-Fi hardware missing"? If so, there is no fix short of taking apart the TV and fixing the hardware (which Roku didn't make).
@Faeraji Roku only licenses their operating system to TV manufacturers so that those brands/TVs can use the Roku OS. unless it is a ROKU brand TV, which is different than a brand that uses Roku. Roku makes money by selling that license and the TV gets to use the OS with a Roku logo. Roku does not control how those manufacturers make those TVs or have any control over the quality of the TVs being sold under those brand names. Typically, budget level TVs cut corners on the quality of the hardware they use and/or the features that they have.

What can I do if my WiFi hardware is missing
1. Reset your TV to factory defaults. This bit is fiddley. It may take more than one reset. You can navigate to the factory reset via the remote. If you have a reset button on the back of your TV use that. You may also need to remove power from the device.
or
2. Plug another stick into one of the HDMI ports. I recommend the Amazon Firestick, but you can stay with ROKU if you want and you will have the same experience.
If that solution does not work, then I suggest reaching out to the manufacturer/brand of the TV and see if they can provide some technical support.
Why is this thread tagged as Solved? It doesn't sound like anyone in here got their mac address back up. I'm having the same issue and none of these "fixes" fix the missing mac address.
@JW12345 If none of the posted solutions work, it is possible you have a hardware failure in your TV that is preventing the TV to work properly on the network. If you a particular brand, such as Hisense, TCL or others, you could reach out to their tech support and see if they can help.
I am having the same issue. my tv just stop scanning for the network. It blinks but never shows any network and just prompts back to scan again. It has been this way a few months, i have given up on it. I reached out to Hisense and they directed me to Roku. I do see “ Your wireless MAC address: WiFi hardware missing”. How do I fix this issue ?
@Zee4 You could try factory resetting your TV. However, it sounds like a hardware failure in the TV. The biggest issue with budget level TVs is the quality of the hardware they use inside them, which doesn't hold up well over long term use.
