All of a sudden my streambar is narrating every move and it's driving me crazy.  I have tried all I could but it keeps talking every move I make.  Is there any way to turn this voice off?  Please help.

I will do my best to assist you. We recommend turning off the Screen reader by pressing the * button on your remote 4 times quickly.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.

I tried pressing *  4 times to turn off the screen reader , didn't work. Anything else I can do?

Could you tell us more about your concern? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

The problem seems to be with the Netflix channel, all shows, was able to turn it off on Friday Night Lights, but that was the only one.

Please be advised that channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel developer themselves. We suggest reaching out to Netflix's customer support team to see if they have any additional settings or options within their app that may allow the functionality you are looking for.
