After my TCL TV updated yesterday, my Roku speakers will not pair.  I have tried all the normal resets with to no avail.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here: How do I resolve issues pairing my Roku® wireless speakers?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to look further into.

9020R2 roku wireless speakers will not pair with..

I have updated the software and tried everything. watched all the videos.

My wife just went to use our workout Insigna Roku tv and the speakers were disconnected.  I reset and they will not pair.
