Roku soundbar pro will not connect to speakers. 5.1 setup fail.
Day 2 of a brand new Roku soundbar pro not being able to connect and update with 4 Roku speakers and a subwoofer. The instructions to setup and reset have been followed, the internet is up, the speakers are sitting next to the soundbar. There is no reason I can think of for the pairing and updating to not work save for a faulty unit or software error.
For clarification, have you tried the steps provided in this Support link: How to set up a Roku® surround sound system? If so and the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku Soundbar Pro. It can be found in Settings > System > About. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
